About the Role:

The SDR function and sales team as a whole is erm…. an eclectic bunch; we have ex zookeepers, carpenters, gym-owners, videographers, analysts and horticulturalists on our team. The one thing they have all have in common? Success in the SDR role.

Over the past year, our sales team has grown from 2-7 individuals and in 2025, this is set to grow further. Our team consistently overachieving on growth QoQ. Averaging 103% of target in Q2 & 3 2024. Our average time to full-ramp target is 60 days.

The Sales Development Representative is one of the most important roles at BuildPass. You are the first point of contact for either our Inbound or Outbound Customers. Understanding our product, positioning, use cases and how we can truely help construction companies run their site operations.

Plainly speaking, you will be responsible for picking up the phone and generating new business opportunities that ultimately drive revenue for BuildPass.
