With a rapidly growing customer base, we’re looking to expand our team with an ambitious, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Austin, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in the construction tech space, working directly with industry-leading solutions and customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively reach out to prospects to generate new business opportunities for BuildPass
- Identify and qualify leads through outbound efforts (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as inbound inquiries
- Understand customer needs and requirements, educating them on how BuildPass can solve their pain points
- Collaborate with the sales team to book meetings and build a robust sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, managing multiple prospects at various stages of the sales funnel
- Stay current on industry trends, BuildPass product developments, and competitors
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a tech sales role (SaaS preferred)
- Proven ability to generate leads and set appointments
- Knowledge of or exposure to the construction industry is a big bonus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to track outreach and manage pipelines
