About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Expo/React Native Developer to join our development team based in Richmond, Victoria. This role is crucial in advancing the mobile experience of the BuildPass platform and driving our technological innovations. You’ll be working closely with a passionate team to build and enhance our mobile applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to solve complex industry challenges. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Mobile Applications: Build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Expo and React Native.
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality features.
• Optimise Performance: Enhance the performance and scalability of our applications to provide a seamless user experience.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
