About the Role:

We’re seeking a Senior Full-stack Developer to join our development team based in Richmond, Victoria. This role is crucial in advancing the BuildPass product and driving our technological innovations. The ideal candidate will have strong TypeScript skills across the full stack and be passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex industry challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Features: Work across the entire stack using TypeScript, including:
  • Front-end development with React/NextJS
  • Back-end development with Serverless GraphQL
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality features.
• Optimise Performance: Enhance the performance and scalability of our applications to provide a seamless user experience.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Innovation and Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
