Construction is one of the the world’s most important industries - and one of the most underserved by software. We're building the operating system that fixes that. Come help us let builders build.

Why BuildPass?

Most of construction still runs on spreadsheets, PDFs and paper - pulling builders away from the work they do best. BuildPass is one platform for the whole business of building: estimating, finance, scheduling, safety and site management, from the first estimate to the final payment.

Today BuildPass powers:

• 1,000+ head contractors, 100,000+ subcontractors and 500,000+ field workers across Australia, US, Canada, and NZ
• 3.2M+ site sign-ons, 1.5M+ forms, 140k+ drawings and defects logged on real jobs
• An AI layer that works on a builder's live data - agents, MCP and multi-modal assistants - from the finances to the office to the field
• A fast-shipping AI toolkit - BuildPass Agent, MCP and phone calls - that works with a builder's live data.

Construction needs more housing and infrastructure, skilled labour is under pressure, and AI is changing what a small team can ship. We think the next great construction software company is being built right now, and we're building it. Read the BuildPass method.

It's a rare moment. Construction needs more housing and infrastructure, skilled labour is under pressure, and AI is changing what a small, focused team can ship.

We think the next great construction software company is being built right now - and we're building it, with a small, AI-native team.
